Design Development
No point having a good idea if you don't know ho to build it! We bring our extensive technical knowledge to every step of the process to make sure you not only have a development that looks great but will stand up to the scrutiny of fellow consultants, planners and specialists.
Planning
Most projects need planning permission - we not only have a great knowledge of the planning process but also the policies and guides both nationally and locally to give your scheme the best possible chance of success.
Technical
There are a number of levels of technical detail production, depending on the size and complexity of the work. One size doesn't fit all, but we always apply experience, enthusiasm and diligence to make sure the information we provide you is compliant, comprehensive and complete.
Tendering
We see the benefits of a comprehensive tender process in gaining the best possible outcome for the project -that's not just about price-point but bringing together a comprehensive suite of documents, a relevant contract and of course a competent contractor!
Contract Administration
Along-side site attendance where we make sure the builder complies with Regulations and the design specification, we;re also adept at running the contract for you. This offers the best possible continuity between the design team, the contractor and most importantly, the costs.
Project Management
Contractor's are great at building and managing the site, but sometimes the client needs somebody to manage the design team and make sure the project runs smoothly as a whole. Masterplanning
We have a wealth of experience in master-planning sites: from one or two houses to whole developments; from early-door feasibility sketches to planning compliant schemes and detailed construction layouts.
We don't just produce pretty pictures, we ensure that every scheme is underpinned by a knowledge and experience of planning, development and economic constraints that affect how a brief is compiled. Renovation
We have worked on older properties of all ages, shapes and sizes - from Grade II Listed Building to cow sheds! Creating chic one off houses, apartments for developers, barn conversions for owners, and restoring old to new.
